Dr. Brianna Shifflett, a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, was born in Virginia but grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Shifflett grew up competing in high level gymnastics and cheerleading and finished her athletic career competing in Division I cheerleading where she earned a national championship title. She was first introduced to chiropractic care in college after a cheerleading accident caused her to have pseudo-torticollis and pain that radiated into her arm. Chiropractic care allowed her to continue training and competing while she was being treated. Holistic healthcare was a new concept for this young athlete and that experience changed her career path. She decided she wanted to help other athletes through holistic health and chiropractic care. She graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelors of

Exercise Science and Applied Kinesiology before moving to Florida to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic.
